She was so helpful and knowledgeable of the locations, understood the types of activities and accommodations we were interested in, and every reservation went smoothly. Not to mention the many upgrades and perks we enjoyed. She immediately helped us move around some last minute reservations during our trip. I have always planned our family vacations on my own in the past, spending hours online researching hotels, excursions, and transportation. I will never do that again! Sarah started out our trip planning with a call and follow up email, asking detailed questions about where we wanted to visit and what we wanted our trip to look like. She then sent a few selections at different price points with detailed descriptions and amenities, allowing us to tailor our trip to our budget. Every single detail was planned meticulously. We loved the hotels she suggested and would stay at each one again. The excursions were incredible and the transportation always arrived to pick us up on time making everything seamless. I can't recommend Sarah enough! Her attention to detail and communication made our trip one of a lifetime!
