We had the perfect long weekend in NYC and it was all due to Sarah Pearsall’s research, recommendations and experience. The hotel was everything we hoped it would be and more - I don’t think I will stay anywhere else in NY again. We got great perks through Sarah at the hotel and she also helped us find good flights and wonderful restaurants. She really listens and understands what you want and then delivers. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We just returned from our first trip to Argentina, and I honestly cannot imagine having done it without Sarah. From start to finish, she made the entire experience completely seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully planned — activities, transportation, dining reservations — all perfectly coordinated so we could truly relax and enjoy the trip. She even surprised us with wonderful little perks along the way, like wine and delicious snacks, which made us feel so well taken care of. Our hotel was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Sarah has an incredible ability to anticipate what her clients will need and want, especially in a destination that’s new and unfamiliar. Thanks to her expertise and care, our first time in Argentina was unforgettable. I would recommend Sarah without hesitation and can’t wait to plan our next trip with her.

This was the first time we have used a travel agent for a family trip, and the experience was wonderful. Sarah made our family trip feel completely seamless, handling everything from transportation to dinner reservations to coordinating directly with our hotel. Her attention to detail and proactive communication took all the stress out of planning, allowing us to simply enjoy our vacation. We couldn’t have asked for better support, and we’ll definitely be turning to Sarah for future trips.
