Sarah was over the top organized, easy to work with, full of joy and great ideas and just amazing! She planned the trip of a lifetime for my family with so many unique adventures! We loved our hotels and all the tours she set up. She was diligent with making and recommending delicious restaurants. We had a travel delay and she was on top if it -- canceling and re-organizing before we even thought about it. We can't wait to have her plan our next family trip and would highly recommend her!

We had the perfect long weekend in NYC and it was all due to Sarah Pearsall’s research, recommendations and experience. The hotel was everything we hoped it would be and more - I don’t think I will stay anywhere else in NY again. We got great perks through Sarah at the hotel and she also helped us find good flights and wonderful restaurants. She really listens and understands what you want and then delivers.
