Working with Sarah was a breeze! I mentioned to her that I was attending a concert in London and just needed a place to stay that night. Within minutes I had an email from her with several amazing choices, all of them very much my style and in great locations. She also gave me her opinion on which one she thought would be the best for me, so that's the one I went for! She nailed it. The hotel and room were perfect for what I needed, and the platform that I booked through was very simple and intuitive. It even linked up with my Hilton Honors account, so I was able to receive points for this trip, too, even though I didn't book directly with Hilton. Sarah was here for me every step of the way. She listened to me, provided me with bespoke choices, and took all the work out of my hands. I can't wait to work with her again!
