She answered all our questions, everything was ready when we arrived (car, hotel, etc.), and she checked in to be sure things were going well. Sarah made our 20th anniversary trip a dream, from our excursions to our room to suggestions of where to eat. We had a wonderful vacation that would not have happened without her. If anyone is on the fence about using a travel agent for their next trip, let me settle it for them: Run, don't walk, to book with Sarah Liles! From the very first planning conversations and meetings, she went above and beyond. She patiently researched and answered every question we threw at her, offered spot-on suggestions that made our Portugal trip unforgettable, designed an itinerary that included every necessary detail at our fingertips, and even regularly checked in on us while we were traveling to make sure everything was going smoothly.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making basic tasks - let alone a trip - perfect from start to finish. Sarah, though, is the whole package. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. If I could give her more than five gold stars, I TOTALLY would!!
