If anyone is on the fence about using a travel agent for their next trip, let me settle it for them: Run, don't walk, to book with Sarah Liles! From the very first planning conversations and meetings, she went above and beyond. She patiently researched and answered every question we threw at her, offered spot-on suggestions that made our Portugal trip unforgettable, designed an itinerary that included every necessary detail at our fingertips, and even regularly checked in on us while we were traveling to make sure everything was going smoothly.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making basic tasks - let alone a trip - perfect from start to finish. Sarah, though, is the whole package. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. If I could give her more than five gold stars, I TOTALLY would!!

Cannot say enough to express the absolutely, fantastically magical job Sarah did organizing this trip for us. Not a single thing was lacking! From the driver that picked us up at the airport and drove us to all our excursions, to every tour guide we had, simply the best! Sarah had each and every thing so organized that we did not have to worry about a single thing, we had only to enjoy the amazing adventure she put together for us. And enjoy it, we did! Will not travel again, anywhere, without Sarah's assistance! Absolutely the best!

If I could put 10 stars I would. I didn’t think we would be able to go on vacation this year and was super bummed as we have joined the trend of experiences over gifting, but Sarah gave me the confidence that I needed and was able to book not 1, but 3 summer vacations within budget and saved us hundreds more than if I had booked them on my own. Whether it’s a local vacation or out of state she makes it a breeze and is very knowledgeable. 100% recommend.
