Sara is a very thoughtful and creative travel consultant who really took the time to listen to my and my travel partner's intentions for our vacation and to make suggestions of offerings that might fit our individual and mutual goals. Sara also pointed out things we might consider to make the experience both memorable and enjoyable.

The thing I liked most about working with Sara (and I could imagine she is consistent across all clients and trip types she puts together) is that she really does take the time to actively listen to you and to process what you are saying or explaining - as well as what may be unsaid. She can then follow up accordingly to flesh out what makes the most sense for your particular vacation/expedition.

Finally, Sara is quite knowledgeable, FOR SURE. However, if she does not know something, she is going to find the answer, timely. We had a minor issue with my loyalty program points being added to my loyalty account after the trip. When I alerted Sara to that fact, she was ON IT. It turns out it was the property that had made an error, and Sara ensured that this was corrected and the points were added to my account.

I am just getting back into regularly scheduled/planned vacations after years of doing them here and there. I would entrust Sara with any level of the travel planning - from providing lite excursion suggestions and itinerary coordination to planning a full-fledged international trip.
