Sara has been super patient and responsive through the planning process. She was upfront on what Fora could or could not do early in the cycle. By coordinating with the hotel staff in the background she took away the grunt work for me. This was our golden marriage anniversary and it was a perfect vacation!

Sara was an incredibly patient, thoughtful, and caring travel agent. Even though I booked my accommodations quite last-minute, she made sure I secured a hotel that fit both my budget and expectations. She also took the time to jump on a call to learn about the types of hotels I’ve stayed in before and understand what I like (and don’t) when I travel. That personal touch made every email exchange afterward even more exciting and tailored to me.

One of her recommendations—the Tokyo Edition—wasn’t even on my original list, yet it ended up being one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

Sara also went above and beyond by letting the hotel know it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake upon arrival. That small gesture made the trip feel even more special. I can’t recommend working with Sara enough—she’s professional, kind, and genuinely invested in creating an unforgettable experience.

Again Sara really did an amazing job here, amenities were waiting for us to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and then the next day for my mother’s birthday ! She honestly did an amazing job, and recommended a suite that ended up being insanely good!!!
