Sara provided several options for us and hit the mark with this one being in budget and having a lot of perks that were beneficial for our family - the pool, Disney shuttle, free breakfast and dinner. For our day at Magic Kingdom, Sara helped make sure we beat the lines using Lightning Lanes, which was well worth it. She thought of everything and checked in on us throughout the trip. I was in town on business and wasn’t familiar with the hotel at all. I simply told Sara where I needed to be and when my, and she found the perfect location for my stay. Her knowledge of the property was incredible, and without her guidance I never would have realized how unique and charming the hotel really is.

She arranged a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was a wonderful surprise, and greeted me with a heartfelt welcome note and a delicious rum cake. This was the best hotel within my company’s budget and location. Vancouver is expensive! Despite the hotel’s mediocrity, I was greeted in my room with a beautiful note, bottle of wine, and chocolates!
