This was the best hotel within my company’s budget and location. Vancouver is expensive! Despite the hotel’s mediocrity, I was greeted in my room with a beautiful note, bottle of wine, and chocolates! After being on the road for a week for business, it was an amazing surprise and thoughtful touch. Thank you Sara!

This was our best vacation ever and I'm worried we will never be able to top it! It would not have happened without Sara. She recommended Fairmont Orchid as the right fit and value for us - she was spot on and even secured an upgrade for us that made our experience luxurious and gave us access to so many great perks, particularly free daily breakfast and appetizers! The resort had a great blend of wellness activities and opportunities to just relax. We spent several days soaking in all it had to offer from tennis and yoga to sunbathing by the pool and snorkeling in the resort's private lagoon. Sara also gave us an assortment of options for offsite tours/activities and we couldn't be happier with the three we selected, which gave us a holistic glimpse of what the Big Island has to offer: Mouna Kea sunset and stargazing (this felt like we were on another planet above the clouds!), full day tour around the island including stops at lava tubes, black sand beach, a crater and waterfalls, and snorkeling boat tour at Captain Cook Bay where we swam amidst schools of hundreds of colorful fish and coral. We were amazed by the various climates and wonders that are all on one island. I don't know that we would have discovered some of these opportunities without Sara's suggestions. She also took the stress out of booking several dinner reservations for us and even adjusted our schedule in real time to help us adapt to the time change. These bookings were based on her recommendations, including what turned out to be our favorite meal of the week at Merrimans, a local gem known for developing the farm to table concept. Sara made sure they congratulated us on our anniversary with a complimentary toast. Sara - thanks for making our vacation stress free and unforgettable! We're so grateful.
