Sara Kirby

The travel advisor, Sara Kirby, was amazing. From location to check-in to the room to the amenities to the history of the Alfond to restaurants in Winter Park.

Every time I book with Sara it makes me want to travel more. She makes everything so easy and special. When we checked in to our hotel the staff already knew when to expect us and our names were already memorized. Sara arranged for a nice bottle of champagne and card to be sent to our room on night one, which was so thoughtful! She answered every question leading up to our trip and made the whole experience luxurious!

Working with Sara was truly the best decision we made for this trip. I can honestly say we would not have had the same experience without her.

She handled everything so seamlessly and thoughtfully. I didn’t have to lift a finger! All I had to do was share a general idea of what I wanted, and she completely understood my vibe from there. Every detail felt so personalized and intentional.

What stood out most was how effortless she made the entire process. There was zero stress, no second-guessing, just pure excitement and enjoyment. It felt like she anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them.

After an extremely long day of travel, Sara made this booking seamless & so easy!

Sara was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the booking process feel easy and well supported. She also took the time to help seek out additional information for us, which was greatly appreciated.

One small suggestion for future trips would be to proactively confirm or flag airport transportation to and from the resort, as that’s something travelers can occasionally forget when planning. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would happily work with Sara again.
