Sannam was so helpful in making my reservation. When it was time to discuss upgrades, we discussed all room types to make sure I was in a room I would be happy with. Throughout the stay, she checked up on us to make sure everything was going well. We got late checkout and a complimentary breakfast. I will definitely use Sannam again for our next booking. Sannam made this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, she handled every detail so we could actually relax and enjoy our time together.

She went out of her way to surprise our kids with a VIP cookie decorating amenity waiting for them at the hotel, which completely made their day. She also researched activities ahead of time and made sure we always had something fun planned, without ever making the trip feel rushed.

What impressed me most was that, even during one of the busiest weekends of the year, she was juggling our trip while managing eight other reservations at the same hotel. Somehow, she still made us feel like we were her only clients. Anytime we needed something, she was available and always found a solution.

This vacation was such a blast because of the amount of work, thought, and care Sannam put into every detail. I can’t recommend her enough and wouldn’t book another trip without her.

On top of the amazing customer service with the ease of just booking everything with Sannam, I was able to get perks, which were great for the family, along with chocolate waiting inside our room with a very nice personalized note. It was so effortless and easy working with Sannam. I’m so glad I found her and I know anyone else that does will have the most amazing experience with her. She goes above and beyond to get you anything she possibly can so that your trip is even more memorable and economical. She was able to get us monetary perks that I would not have been able to get myself booking direct. I definitely recommend her. You should definitely use her. We won’t be using anyone else in the future.
