Sam was amazing to work with. She provided recommendations and guidance throughout the booking process, took into account our budget needs, and was super patient as I went back and forth deciding which resort would be the best fit for our family! Her Trip Plans app was super helpful to have all our info in one spot. She communicated regularly and often, and did everything she could to make sure our trip was all that we wanted it to be. When our flight got canceled in the early morning of our departure day, she was up texting me at 3:50am and making sure I was taken care of. Then, when we had a travel mishap, she was there for us and made sure everything was going to be okay. Love Sam and would highly recommend her!
