Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and the booking experience was simple, efficient and thorough. The app provided all of the information in one place with easy access to make changes, see address, etc. She messaged the day prior to make sure we knew we could check in and checked in with us during the trip to ensure things were going as planned. Will definitely be using Samantha for all of our future travel!
