When someone asks "what's the best hotel in (insert city here) my answer is always the same: "depends on what you like." I'm all about long-term relationships and becoming an extension of your brain.

The ideas she pitches for 'extras' are so helpful when we are headed to somewhere that we aren't familiar with. Her availability and follow up are great too. I used to do this crap myself...ugh...so happy to have her!!
