Samantha was right there for us all the way. Answering questions and seeking answers. We took elderly parents and she did all she could to give them comfortable travel. They were well cared for, and this took the anxiety off us. I’m quite confident she will care for any and all who book travel plans with her.

Samantha took very good care of us. Traveling with our over-80 parents caused a few extra worries, and we had her in our corner taking care of things, so our worries were less. We had a port change, and my parents were worried that their needed assistance would be messed up. She made calls to make sure they were assisted from the airport to ship and ship to the airport, relieving their worries and mine.
The arrangements made for our trip were explained well and we had all documents we needed well in advance. Plus we had access to her during our trip, so that was a huge comfort. Before the trip she answered our many questions. She deserves a big thank you.
