Sam was phenomenal! We were super flustered and didn’t know where to go and no time to do our own research. Samantha was great in helping me plan this last minute, surprise trip to Napa for my fiancee and I. She helped us and stayed in contact with us while we were there. We decided the morning of that we wanted to rent a car, we messaged her and within a few minutes we had a reservation to pick up a car. She took care of everything for us- from dinner reservations to winery confirmations, all we had to do was pack our bags!
