I cannot stress enough how amazing Samantha Messemberg is honestly 100/10. From the very first moment we contacted her with the inquiry of finding a hotel in Shanghai, she got right to work and within a couple of days she already had several proposals ready. She was so professional and we loved how she presented the different hotels; she created this beautiful PDF that was just so well done, it made us start dreaming of the trip right then and there.

What I loved most was how she really took our preferences into account. We had talked about staying somewhere central with stunning views, and we even joked about my very specific "requests" for an indoor infinity pool on a higher floor. I never actually thought she would find something like that, but she totally did and even got us a SPA! She stayed completely within our budget while finding us exactly what we wanted, and more.

The deal she managed to get us was just incredible. To this day, I still don't understand how she did it. We compared it with other booking sites and her offer was way better. We got an early check in, a free room upgrade, $100 hotel credit, and a late checkout, all for a better price than what we could have found on our own. Plus, the payment process was super smooth and trustworthy, which made everything so easy.

Throughout the whole process, Samantha was always available for all of our questions and always had the best attitude. She gave us great recommendations for what to visit and even sent us a reminder with every detail before the trip started to ensure things worked smoothly. She even checked up on us during the stay to see if everything was to our liking and sent some goodies and a letter to our room to wish us a nice stay. She made us feel so special and everything was so personalized. I have already been recommending her to all my friends and family, she is that good!
