Sam is the absolute BEST! I decided for my 40th birthday, to take a trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas. I had a group of 32 and felt extremely overwhelmed, since I had never been. Sam made The planning a breeze, she contacted the property and was able to set up a room block for our large group at a discounted rate. There were changes here and there and she was always on top of it. We had a few glitches checking in and she was right there to fix them immediately. I will be using her for every trip I take from here on out. Thanks so much Sam for making my 40th enjoyable and relaxing.

Samantha made the entire stay seamless and easy! She took care of everything and was available for any/all questions the whole time! She got us early check in and a $100 credit! It was awesome! Will most definitely be using her for future bookings!

Samantha was amazing! She not only booked out whole trip she made sure to check on us the day of our arrival and that made us feel very well taken care of. Our last night we received a very sweet gift from her! We did not expect such a lovely welcome not only by hotel staff but also a delicious bottle of wine, some chocolate and a hand written card from Samantha expressing her thanks for allowing her to book our trip! Sam was great!! Answered all of our questions since this was our first trip to Cabo and to an all inclusive resort. Sam was always available to answer questions and provide trip details. We loved working with Sam and look forward to working with her again.
