I do not have enough accolades for this travel agent. Samantha Freeman is phenomenally organized, down to the last detail. She takes the time to understand her client's travel style and unique needs and tailors her itinerary to that standard. She knows these destinations and can recommend hotels and restaurants with a confidence that comes from experience, noting tiny nuances that make all the difference. She returns texts expeditiously, and went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed at every location with notes next to my bedside. Samantha makes everything easy and accessible, beautiful and memorable. She's the only travel agent I will use!

I already wrote a recommendation for Samantha Freeman, a top-notch travel agent with FORA travel agency, but need to add that the transfers that she organized for my complex trip to five cities in Portugal (Faro, Lagos, Alta, Messines and Lisbon) and through Tuscany, Italy (Florence and Chianti), were perfectly arranged... 8 flights, 5 drivers, 1 train... all kinds of different ways of connecting to these transfers, perfectly arranged and explained! Traveling alone I was nervous, but she made it phenomenally easy!

My advisor booked our reservation and communicated with the hotel so that our check in and rooms were perfect.

Our experience with Samantha was excellent. She was really easy to work with, and has incredible communication skills and recommendations. Samantha is professional, kind and knows what she's talking about! Overall 10/10 would stay there again and work with Samantha again.
