Sagar helped us plan the stay throughout and handled the requests we had to the hotel and the communication to them is excellent. They have recognized the advisor booking and perks provided along with welcome cake. Sagar also helped us get a cab to the hotel from airport pre reserved. Everything from checkin to checkout went smooth
