Ryan’s feedback helped us to secure a hotel at the perfect location. He was consistent and helpful in pointing out things we would enjoy and had great knowledge of the Miami area. He booked this for us without issue and everything couldn’t have been smoother. He also took extra steps to ensure we enjoyed ourselves before our departure the next day for our cruise. He added extra touches by checking in and giving us info on the many things to do in the area.
