This was our first trip working with Ruth, and we’re already planning stays for our next few trips with her! She was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process—never once making us feel like we were asking too much, even when we had lots of questions, changed our minds, or needed to talk through different options.

Her hotel bookings for us put the whole trip on another level. Every hotel recommendation was spot-on with our hopes and dreams for our Italy trip, and she made everything feel seamless, especially by going above and beyond to coordinate some transfers and transport logistics. She definitely made sure we were safe, comfortable, and even secured room upgrades and perks along the way. She was always available when we started planning months in advance all the way to some last-minute changes and details the few days leading up to the trip. I was surprised by how nice it felt having a third party as backup support in case anything went wrong with hotels while we were there - especially in a country we had never been where it’s easy to question “is this right?”

Ruth made our entire honeymoon an absolute breeze. We traveled to three countries in three weeks, visiting six cities, stayed at six hotels, booked four bullet trains, three spas, and six excursions. We had two unforeseen complications due to earthquakes and typhoons, and she navigated all of this with ease. Her communication is impeccable despite the 12-hour time difference with where to travel. She was so gracious and kind throughout the entire process and we even checked into a hotel room find a bottle of wine and dessert with a note from her.
