I used to ALWAYS have an itinerary before setting out to travel. Now I am a healthy mix of planning/fly by the seat of my pants—some of my best memories have come from setting out in a new city with no plans at all!

I literally don't think we will book our own trips at all anymore. Rusty is knowledgeable, friendly, quick with replies and hooked us up with some really awesome perks. We have been singing his praises and sharing his info with everyone who has asked us about our NYC trip!
