I used to ALWAYS have an itinerary before setting out to travel. Now I am a healthy mix of planning/fly by the seat of my pants—some of my best memories have come from setting out in a new city with no plans at all!

Rusty is amazing!!! He gives excellent recommendations for where to stay and what to do. He’s travelled a lot himself so most of his recommendations are things he’s done himself. The things that he hasn’t done, he does the research and calls to check it out. He is very responsive to communications and so so kind. Highly recommend!

Rusty made this trip completely effortless from start to finish. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect hotel — the Thompson Central Park was spot-on, and I never would have landed there without him. He was responsive, organized, and thoughtful about every detail, so all I had to do was show up and enjoy New York. I literally don't think we will book our own trips at all anymore. Rusty is knowledgeable, friendly, quick with replies and hooked us up with some really awesome perks. We have been singing his praises and sharing his info with everyone who has asked us about our NYC trip!
