The advisor was wonderful, she provided us with a good location near the city center. She always answered any questions we had quickly and with ease. She even provided some locations to do day trips from Verona!

Roula, always checked on us before getting to the hotel asking how the flight was, making sure we did not have any issues getting to the hotel. Once checked in she also ensured we were set and didn't require additional assistance, she was always one message or phone call away if we had any concerns and she answered quickly.
