Rose was wonderful to work with. She made multiple international phone calls to ensure we were getting the best options available. She was thorough, prompt, and professional. She gave us ideas we hadn’t considered, which ultimately led to us booking one of our favorite resort stays ever! We couldn’t have been happier with the service she provided.

Rose was great to work with, she made suggestions for places to stay and gave us many options. Everything that we ended up selecting was top-tier and we enjoyed ourselves so much. She kept in communication with us prior to the trip making additional updates on things that we may enjoy. It was a pleasure working with her and we will for sure use Rose in the future for our trips!

Rosi was so amazing and helpful from the beginning to the end! She researched different hotel options for us to fit our budget and needs and found us the perfect place right on the beach with a variety of restaurants steps away (which was ideal for our family since we did not rent a car). She was so easy to communicate with and provided all of the information ahead of time. When we got to the hotel, we were SO happy to hear that we got a complementary ocean view room upgrade with a terrace! It was such an amazing perk to have. We also had a bottle of wine for the adults and a snack basket and manatee stuffed animal for my toddler that was set up in the room - it was such a nice surprise after a long day of traveling. Rosi also helped get us a $100 credit to use in the hotel - which we used on a delicious steak and lobster dinner at the hotel restaurant! We also had complimentary breakfasts daily which was so nice. I cannot recommend Rosi enough! Her help truly made our stay so special and we actually SAVED a lot of money by using her services (especially since going out to eat for every meal can get so pricey)! We will be definitely using her again for ALL of our future vacations!! Thanks again, Rosi!!

Rose was incredible to work with and our whole group looks forward to working with her for our future travels. Rose gave us great options for hotels and a great breakdown of the pros and cons of each hotel as well as cost options. Once we picked hotel, Rose helped us book the hotel which was extremely seamless. Rose also worked closely with the hotel to allow for us to get early check-in, unlimited bottled water during our stay, as well as a nice welcome gift of fruit and champagne. It was so nice knowing all of the details were being handled and all we had to do was show up.
