I had the pleasure of working with Ronni over a five month period to help coordinate a vacation to Italy, Portugal, and England for my family of three. Our travel dates and plans were constantly in flux during the process but Ronni was incredibly patient with me and accommodated all changes. During our initial call, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions in an effort to get to know my family’s likes and dislikes. I was happy to see that the itinerary she provided included items that catered to all of our interests as well as rest days. Ronni was very easy to communicate with via email or scheduled call. She alleviated so much of the stress and anxiety that came with planning a three week trip. I especially loved the detailed itinerary that provided us with access to every aspect of our trip via direct links to travel documents, hotel/flight arrangements, and activities. I also appreciate that she checked in on us during our travels to make sure that everything was going smoothly. In July of 2024, I had a fantastic site inspection tour while staying at the beautiful Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth hotel in Downtown Montreal. Upon arrival, I was immediately upgraded to a room with a view (one of the many perks of booking with me!). As a first-time solo visitor to Montreal, I highly recommend this hotel for first-timers, business travelers, corporate events, and group trips.
