Rondene was fantastic to work with. The booking process was smooth and she was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip planning process. She helped coordinate all of our activities and made our plans feel easy and seamless. The Trip Plans app she used to organize the itinerary was unlike anything I’ve used before—it made everything incredibly easy to follow, from reservations to activity details. Having everything organized in one place made the trip much less stressful and more enjoyable. I would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip.

We had a last-minute need for a hotel in the Sheepshead Bay area, and initially I was concerned about what would be available at short notice, but Rondene delivered. She was very easy to work with, and made the booking process go smoothly. She got us a room that worked well for us. It was a good location where we could walk to eat and a little sightseeing. She reached out to make sure everything was going well after check-in, and reminded us that breakfast was included with the stay, which was super convenient for us. I will definitely work with her again, and would recommend her.

I had the pleasure of working with Ronni over a five month period to help coordinate a vacation to Italy, Portugal, and England for my family of three. Our travel dates and plans were constantly in flux during the process but Ronni was incredibly patient with me and accommodated all changes.
