My trip could t have gone any smoother without the help of the amazing Roberta or Bobbie Black. I signed up for the VIP pass, and ultimate coffee pass. When I found out “15 coffees” really meant 8 depending on size, flavor etc, Roberta was able to work out so I got another free coffee pass! My vip itinerary was so t with many options per day, and also got my money back for VIP pass bc I missed out on vip ice time and had trouble with wifi. Roberta went above and beyond, even with my favorite elephant towels arranged for my bedroom. HIGHLY recommend Roberta!
