She found us a good rate to begin with. Thankfully it was refundable because she looked back at it again before we arrived and found a better rate so she rebooked it for us at the cheaper rate. 10/10 service for that alone. We will definitely use Robbie again in the future.

If you are looking for a travel agent who listens to what you need, look no further than Robbie. We went to Waikiki in October with our two little ones, and she set us up at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was the ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and close to so many restaurants and stores.
Robbie made sure we got a corner room with a massive balcony, which was a game-changer for us. She really understands the logistics of traveling with kids (being across from Target was genius!). Couldn't be happier with Robbie.
