We worked with Rita to plan our trip, and she was honestly amazing! Super patient, thoughtful, and on top of everything. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for — we wanted something by the beach but still close to shops and restaurants — and she even checked the construction and surroundings of each hotel to make sure everything fit our vibe.
Rita gave us several great options and helped us compare them one by one. In the end, she recommended Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, which turned out to be perfect. The location, the ocean view, the service — everything was exactly what we wanted.
She was so easy to talk to, super responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. Couldn’t have asked for a better travel advisor!
