Rima did a great job setting up our stay. She made the whole process so easy. Her knowledge of the surrounding area made it easy for us to think through the transportation issues.

Rima was incredibly communicative and very responsive. I greatly enjoyed working with her to arrange our Kyoto hotel. She provided great hotel recommendations and booking was seamless. I enjoyed a sweet note and photo upon arrival from Rima. Looking forward to my next trip - Rima will certainly be the first person I call!

Rima was amazing to work with and very accommodating to our needs! She took her time to research different hotel locations for our two day stay in NYC, gave us ample options and descriptions of which part of town would be convenient to stay in.
