Planning a trip to Japan felt pretty overwhelming at first. We had a massive list of things we wanted to do... museums, fish markets, hot springs—and all in 4 different cities! Trying to piece it all together while staying on budget and near transit felt like a full time job. Riley stepped in and made the entire process feel effortless.
She really took the time to understand what mattered to us and somehow balanced everything perfectly…great locations, thoughtful hotel choices, and options that fit how we actually like to travel. Every place she recommended made getting around easy, even on days when we had packed itineraries.
One absolute highlight was our stay in Hakone. We wanted something special for our honeymoon but were trying to be mindful of costs, and Riley found us a picturesque spot in the mountains with a private hot spring in our room. It was such a luxury and ended up being one of our favorite memories from the whole trip.
She also went the extra mile by making sure the hotels knew we were celebrating. We were surprised with so many thoughtful touches and treats along the way, which just made the experience feel that much more intentional.
But what stands out most about Riley is how thoughtful and detail oriented she is. She didn’t just book us rooms, she’s considered how every choice would impacted our experience. She was always quick to respond and handled a massive amount of heavy lifting behind the scenes so we could just enjoy ourselves.
Having Riley handle the logistics took a huge amount of stress off our plate. I honestly can’t imagine planning a trip like this without her. If you want a seamless, well thought out travel experience that feels both indulgent and grounded, Riley is the person to call. I can’t recommend her enough.
