Riker was extremely helpful managing mine and other folks' travels in and around Rio. Transfer to and from the airport were made simple and safe for us. On Ilha Grande he very quickly resolved a significant issue with my accommodation and got me a different place that was just as much to my liking! Looking forward to my next stay in Rio!
