5 stars!!! Renee was wonderful to work with—thoughtful, attentive, and really tuned in to our family’s preferences. She offered great insight and advice for traveling with small children, including fun things to do and see that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend and I’m recommending her to my friends and family for all their travel plans.

Renee is outstanding!! Her communication was fantastic! Always timely and made sure to take extra care when trying to accommodate our needs and requests! She offered suggestions for tours and other activities along with places to eat! Absolutely loved our experience with Renee!

The experience with our travel agent, choosing this hotel for us and giving us the extra perks was over-the-top. Using Renee has helped us save time and given us more perks than if we could book this on our own through some external website.
