Regina is thoughtful and thorough. Whatever powers and magic she possess landed us all kinds of perks and benefits while maximizing our own rewards for future travel. She was very patient and helpful with the hotel selection process, restaurant bookings, last minute changes, and generally checking in and adjusting our itinerary.
