This was our first time using a travel advisor for help with booking a hotel stay and we were very happy/lucky that we used Rebecca. Our flight ended up being delayed and diverted and we were not sure if we were going to make it to the hotel the same day as our reservation. I was able to text Rebecca to let her know about our issue and she immediately contacted the hotel so that we did not have to worry about losing our reservation. We will be reaching out to Rebecca again for future travel help.
