Raquel was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to my wishlist and made sure everything we wanted for our PNW trip was built into the itinerary. Booking was simple, and her communication throughout was excellent. She checked in with us beforehand to make sure we were all set, and coordinated with the hotel during our stay so everything went smoothly. What really stood out was the thoughtful anniversary gift she arranged through the hotel, which made the trip feel extra special. Beyond being organized and professional, Raquel is genuinely warm and friendly, and she made planning the trip an enjoyable experience. We would absolutely work with her again.

I would highly recommend Raquel Gallivan as a travel advisor. She was very articulate as well as sensitive to discovering what would delight my particular desires, tastes & interests to make my dream vacation to Italy even beyond my hopes. She helped us set a realistic budget and advised that we splurge a little more in Capri to stay at Hotel Scalinatella. We were absolutely thrilled that our travel advisor, Raquel Gallivan found this incredible gem for us, and it was all that she said it would be. Our other accommodations and travel between, we’re all excellently arranged, and communicated clearly. She left us the room that we wanted to be spontaneous and not overly busy, yet everything she recommended to do that we chose to do, we were very pleased with. Raquel even followed through to make sure that when changes happened in timing with two different activities, we had received the information. Raquel is exceptional.

Raquel took all of the stress away from the booking process and due to her, I got a room upgrade and a hotel staff that went over the top to make my experience what it was... even more, I never knew this hotel existed. She matched the PERFECT hotel to my personality and wants in a vacation.
