Randee is one of the top travel agents I’ve used in years. As a prior executive of American Express Travel Related Services I can see the value. Most people are afraid to spend more than $500 a night on a hotel room not understanding what comes with that; when you get in the upper tiers of $1000+ our expectations are difficult to exceed. She did. She can work with all size travelers booking small local Airbnb’s & overnight boutique hotels, and then finally a large chain like this she’s purely wonderful. Everything from our arrival to departure was handled perfectly because of her influence and requests. The room was above all expectations, and the food was extra extraordinary. We love the buffet, and the time that each team member took to spend with us to tell us about their background and hear about ours the people make the difference in the hotel industry and the travel industry. Randee makes all the difference. This was our 40th wedding anniversary and she was able to pull off the impossible: get us into a room that was unavailable and into a property that was unavailable through the typical Internet booking. To travel without a travel agent is to leave without your wallet at home.
