RaFayele was the sweetest and most considerate person ever. She always answered and questions in a very timely manner and did not ever seem irritated and my simplistic. If she said she will check and get back with you put your money on it she is going to come through every time. I know I will be cruising again o would not do it without RaFayele. She comes highly recommended
