Working with Rachel made our entire trip to New Orleans so much smoother and enjoyable. From start to finish, she took away a huge amount of the trip planning anxiety. She was incredibly communicative and patient, answering all of my questions and handling my specific room requests. A major highlight was that she booked us using her Four Seasons Preferred Partner status, which secured us a free upgrade to a suite. She made sure every single one of our perks was seamlessly in place. I will absolutely be working with her again for all of our future travel and she will definitely be my go-to for any future Four Seasons bookings.

We have used Rachelle for all of our Virgin Voyage bookings for ourselves and our family. Rachelle always ensured we had a prime cabin location and has been amazing with keeping us in the loop of all of the Virgin Voyages timeline activities such as when we should book our restaurants and booking shore things! In instances where we were unavailable to do our own restaurant bookings, we provided Rachelle with what we would like to do when and she was able to make our reservations for us. As mentioned in my review of VV, Rachelle has also been instrumental in resolving issues we have had even when we were on the cruise itself. Without the documentation showing our gratuities were indeed paid in advance, I feel like it would have been much more difficult to remediate.

As many know, Virgin Voyages has made a number of program changes lately and Rachelle was that "safe space" for us to retreat to when we were not understanding some of the changes. She was able to explain in detail the changes and when even she did not know the answer, she reached out to Virgin on our behalf to get the answers we needed. We will continue to reach out to Rachelle for all of our travel needs! She is AMAZING!!
