Rachele was excellent. I gave her our flight arrival information and budget. She gave me several options and highlighted properties that were both in line with our budget and also close to the cruise terminal. She's wonderful to work with and very responsive.

This was a surprise BD trip from my husband and the choice of hotel was just perfect since we were also seeing a concert at The Sphere. The Virtuoso package added everything we need. Rachele recommended all of this as part of our trip. We are booking with her again for our next trip to New Orleans!
