I'm a firm believer in the mantra of stress less, travel more - I'm a project manager/spreadsheet traveler turned travel advisor and can help you do just that! I’ve traveled and planned as a cost-conscious student in Europe, luxe all-inclusives in the Caribbean, group/bachelorette trips and honeymoons - including my own. I've done a little bit of everything, which means I will help you get the best trip out of your vision and budget.

Rachel was incredible to work with. Every step of the way she helped us with ease. Great communication with everything. She also gave great recommendations and ideas of what we could do with excursions. Anyone who uses Rachel will have a better trip because of it. Can’t wait to use her again!

From the very beginning Rachel took the time to understand our goal for our trip to Portugal. She guided us the whole way through with flight suggestions, to ground transportation upon our arrival, airport tips and of course tours and dining recommendations. Once we narrowed down the activities and tours we wanted to do during our time in each city, Rachel mapped it all out for us. This took a lot of stress off of us! Rachel communicated with us as she would book each tour and it made the “planning” a lot more manageable and fun for us! We loved the itinerary Rachel sent to us weeks before leaving so we could see all of the awesome things we had to look forward to on the trip. We referred back to it throughout our time in Portugal as it directed us of location pick up times and details regarding each day we had an activity planned. The entire trip went smoothly and we are already looking forward to planning more trip with Rachel in the future!

In January 2025, I went to experience the west coast of Costa Rica with my brand new husband for our honeymoon! When we were planning our honeymoon, we were in the main swing of wedding planning and just wanted to go somewhere we could have a nice time without needing to use too much brain power (a fellow Fora advisor could have helped me a ton!) so we picked a gorgeous all-inclusive resort that is built into the Guanacaste mountains.
