A mom of four darling little girls who spends quiet time putting together the ultimate travel itineraries. Favorite trips have been Greece, Hawai'i, and Peru, but I can't wait to plan your next bucket list item!
Travel Style
I am a big advocate of making travel work for you. As someone that has learned how to travel both with and without my kiddos over the last decade, I am all about finding the right stay for your budget, group, and activity style. I love finding budget-friendly adventures, and I find that a mix of both booked and spontaneous adventures is key. Therefore, I tend to plan itineraries with one or two planned activities each day, food recommendations, but still time to explore and follow the whims of the fish pedicures you stumble upon while wandering the streets of Santorini.

The trip Rachel planned was amazing! It was really nice to have a few scheduled things each day with plenty of free time for them. I would just say we definitely needed more time at the museums because there was just so much stuff to see. It was so nice to have everything booked out and tickets already bought so we didn't have to stress about it. In Italy the only place we didn't end up going into was the Vatican bc the Roma pass no longer included it and the normal entry tickets were already sold out, but we still got to walk around the city itself and it was so pretty! Thank you for such an amazing trip, it was so much fun!

Rachel was fantastic to work with throughout the entire travel planning process. Her communication was always timely, clear, and professional. She responded very quickly whenever I had questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free.
She did an excellent job taking all of my travel preferences and budget into account when putting together options for me. Instead of me doom scrolling over hotels with overwhelming choices, she sent me about it 3 options that truly fit what I was looking for, and I ended up choosing one of them. That made the process incredibly efficient and enjoyable.
All of her services were greatly appreciated, and I would absolutely recommend working with her for future travel planning.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic! I reached out to her last minute to plan a weekend getaway, and she pulled everything together so quickly and seamlessly. I was honestly amazed at how swiftly she handled everything.
We had booked a rental car through Turo for one day, but it was canceled less than 12 hours before we needed it. I was starting to stress, but Rachel immediately jumped into action and urgently secured another rental car for us. She handled it so fast it was wild — and I didn’t have to worry at all.
Beyond that, she did a great job planning the trip overall, including thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and food options that we really enjoyed. Everything felt smooth and well-organized from start to finish.
I can’t recommend Rachel enough — she truly went above and beyond!
