Even as a very experienced traveler who is comfortable planning trips on my own, I found Rachel's help very useful both during the planning phase and while on the trip. She recommended what end up being our favorite hotel on the trip, helped make sure we had all the transfers we needed sorted out, provided guidance on the best options for public transportation, and arranged a couple special activities we wouldn't have thought to look for. What I appreciated most about working with Rachel is that she was very flexible about providing help and advice where we needed it, while letting us manage the parts of the planning that we wanted to handle on our own. Rather than feeling like we were handing over the trip to someone else to plan, Rachel was a real partner to us, making sure we could get exactly the trip we wanted. I'll definitely be working with her again in the future!
