We cannot say enough amazing things about working with Rachel.
From the very first conversation, she was on another level of knowledgeable about Japan, with firsthand experience from multiple trips that immediately showed in every recommendation she made. She took everything we shared from our own research and interests, truly listened, and then elevated it into something far beyond what we could have planned on our own. It felt seamless, thoughtful, and completely tailored to us in every way.
Her communication was consistently outstanding. Always timely, warm, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with, which made the entire planning process feel easy and even fun. She anticipated needs before we even had them and made sure we always felt supported and prepared.
During our trip, she continued to go above and beyond. Before each new leg, she sent incredibly organized email updates with everything we needed, including tickets, confirmations, links, and helpful reminders, all laid out so clearly that we never once felt uncertain about what was next.
The itinerary she built for us was nothing short of exceptional. The digital itinerary link was a total game changer, not only for planning and navigating each day with ease, but also for looking back afterward and reliving every detail of our trip in one beautifully organized place. It made the entire experience richer and so much more memorable.
Working with Rachel truly elevated our entire Japan trip. We would recommend her without hesitation to absolutely anyone, and we already know she will be our first call for any future international travel.

Rachel is an amazing travel advisor. From start to finish her communication was timely and detailed. As someone who is not particularly skilled at planning and organization, Rachel adapted to our particular needs and adjusted plans, provided recommendations that were practical and made sense for our family trip. She incorporated different options on days where we had some free hours. Everything was explained to a T so there was no wondering or guessing what to expect during the trip. She also sent pertinent updates and reminders to us throughout the trip so they would be top of mind. We could not have asked for a better advisor to plan our trip and we will definitely be contacting Rachel for future adventures.

Rachel was the key to us having a smooth and unforgettable trip. She puts in a lot of work to make sure your trip is personalized to your interests and travel style, and her knowledge of Japan helped us tremendously. My favorite part of working with her was the emails she sent the day before a new location with all the info we would need like check in, trains, and tour info. It was all in her online itinerary anyway but it was nice to have an email to summarize it. She walked us through what to expect with airport and train station arrivals since we had no clue what to expect with it being our first international trip. Our trip could not have gone any easier. 10/10, I would choose Rachel again and again.

Rachel was fantastic to work with! She made the entire planning process easy and seamless, and helped us put together a wonderful trip. When one of our tours was unexpectedly canceled, she immediately stepped in and made sure we received a refund, which we really appreciated.
All the activities we wanted to do were perfectly organized, and everything came together smoothly. Rachel made the whole experience simple and stress-free. We would absolutely work with her again!

We had truly the trip of a lifetime to Japan thanks to Rachel! Rachel booked meals, experiences, and accommodations that I would have never found through any research of my own. Upon our initial meeting she was genuinely excited to understand our interests, timeline, and budget, and developed multiple options for each aspect of our trip to select from. She is incredibly organized and we relied on her custom Google Map and daily itinerary guide, creating stress-free days and allowing us to be present in the special moments of our trip. Rachel was immediately responsive to any questions during our trip. We would not have had such an immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experience without her expertise! We are already looking forward to working with her in the future.

Discover Buffalo, NY: A Hidden Gem of Lake Erie
Buffalo, NY, was a major city at the end of the 19th century and into the early 20th and even hosted a World’s Fair. This led to amazing architecture and interesting history that often gets overlooked. The summertime weather is sunny and beautiful on this lakeside city with lots of activities to enjoy. While you’re less likely to be impacted by snow, it should not be dismissed in the winter months either. There can be a delightful coziness during the colder months that pair perfectly with some comfort food and a local beer.

3 Days in Puerto Rico: A Long Weekend Getaway to San Juan
San Juan is a beautiful and historic city in Puerto Rico. The combination of historic fortresses, cozy coffee shops and delicious restaurants makes it a great getaway — plus, no passport is required for US citizens. Since Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU) has the most flight options for visitors, here are my suggestions for three days in Puerto Rico with a focus on San Juan and the surrounding areas.
