Rachel made our special weekend so much more special! She was supportive and responsive while booking this surprise, suggested a great room for us, and had some hidden gem recommendations nearby! The best part was that she didn’t stop at booking. She made special accommodations for us, made herself available to us while checking in, and was responsive during our stay to extra questions. No doubt we got the total package.

For this particular stay, Rachel took the extra step to see if a Red Sox game would be playing during my stay (there wasn’t), to ensure I would get the best night’s rest. I’ve never had someone do that for me, it was very thoughtful of Rachel and speaks to her attention to detail. She was also able to keep me in budget, which I very much appreciate. Highly recommend Rachel for any travel planning, she truly listens to you and offers tailored options based on your wants and needs. I’m so glad she is on my team for all of my upcoming travel plans.
