Rachel is a real pro. She is super knowledgable, responsive, easy to work with, and always seems to know the vibe we are looking for. The hotel was in the perfect neighborhood for us and struck the exact right balance of casualness and elegance. Rachel helped ensure our room was ready early and we may even have had a slight upgrade. She also helped us to book restaurants, provided a shopping guide and helped us schedule great activities in Paris.
