My Story
Travel has always been more than just going somewhere new for me—it’s about creating experiences that feel seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable. I’m naturally detail-oriented and have always been the person friends and family turn to when they want a trip planned well from start to finish.
What I love most about travel planning is bringing structure to big ideas: turning long wish lists, multi-stop routes, and complex logistics into itineraries that feel effortless once you’re on the ground. I take the time to understand how my clients like to travel, what matters most to them, and what will make their trip feel truly special.
I work with clients who value great hotels, smart pacing, and personalized recommendations, and many return to plan with me again and again. My goal is simple—to take the stress out of planning and replace it with confidence, excitement, and a trip that exceeds expectations.
Travel Style
My travel style is equal parts curated and practical. I love creating trips that feel special and elevated, while still being realistic, comfortable, and enjoyable—especially for longer or more complex itineraries.
I focus on smart routing, great hotels, and experiences that feel memorable without being exhausting. I’m especially mindful of pacing, transitions, and the little details that make a big difference, so my clients can relax knowing everything has been thoughtfully planned. Whether it’s a family trip or a multi-city adventure, I design travel that feels effortless from start to finish.

The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail seemed to be handled with care.
We stayed at The Newbury Hotel. Rachel also secured tickets for Hamilton, which was my first time seeing the performance and I truly enjoyed it. Additionally, she arranged a visit to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, which was a wonderful cultural experience.
Dinner reservations were thoughtfully made for each night, and every restaurant was top-notch. We did cancel one dinner reservation due to where our day took us and my allergies, which might not have been expressed to Rachel.
Overall, our trip went smoothly and was memorable. Thank you!!!

Rachel was a godsend through the booking process. She booked 3 separate rooms for our group and worked with the hotel to accommodate changing dates and needs. She was efficient and made the experience a breeze!
