Rachel was fantastic! She recommended a lesser-known hotel in Hakone that was very cozy and had a beautiful view of the lake. She had personally stayed there before, so she was able to give us detailed info and helpful tips. She also helped book transportation from the train station and arrange some perks. She was very organized and detail-oriented and gave us great advice and peace of mind, starting from the planning stage. She also helped us on a real-time basis when we encountered questions and needed assistance during the trip. A 5-star agent!

She recommended tours, found delicious restaurants for me in Dubrovnik, and even made all of the reservations for me! Rachel was also able to find and book for me a ferry to Montenegro, as well as a private car to get from Budva to Albania, to beat the terrible traffic and get me to my wedding event on time! Excellent service all around!

Rachel found the perfect cruise for our family celebration. Not only was our trip wonderful, but she also planned all of our activities at each port including transportation and tickets for tours. We absolutely loved our trip to Hawaii to celebrate our anniversary! The hotel and perks that Rachel arranged were fantastic, including a nice surprise for us when we arrived.
