Rachel was exceptional in her support of our fall season getaway. She was so very easy and timely in her communication. She was great in her suggestions and she kept in mind the needs and requests we had for our time away. I would highly recommend Rachel for any type of trip you are planning or destination you desire. Rachel was professional and very helpful. She was quick to provide several options for our impromptu vacation. Her response was very timely and thorough. She even threw in a surprise bottle of champagne upon arrival AND dessert to celebrate my husband’s birthday! We would 100% use Rachel again!

From day one, Rachel was so very helpful! She was easy to correspond with and quickly handled every aspect of our resort booking. The only thing I had to do was decide which spa service I desired. :-) I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone!
