Rachel was one of the highlights of our trip!
We had never gone on a trip like this before, so the organization made us very anxious. Rachel asked us what we were looking for as well as a budget and she took care of the rest. She gave us a couple of recommendations for the resort as well as suggestions for things to do while we were in the area. With the resort and room figured out, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. She had been to Hawaii several times, so she was able to make suggestions that helped us make the best of our time there.
We can't recommend Rachel enough! The communication was fantastic and that didn't stop once we checked in. She even offered to call and try to get us a better building/room even though it was very late in the day for her. We will definitely be using her services for our next vacation! She even has some suggestions for our next destination now that she knows what we like. So, even if you don't know where you want to go, call her; she can help with that as well!

I recently booked a trip to Punta Cana through Rachel Falgout, and I cannot say enough about how incredible she was from start to finish. The resort was advertised as a five-star, adults-only all-inclusive, but when I arrived, I quickly realized that the property had been misleading—there were children everywhere, and it was definitely not adults-only. This was completely out of Rachel’s control, yet she immediately stepped in to advocate for me.
Rachel contacted the Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana herself and spoke directly with management about their deceptive business practices. She pushed for a resolution and made sure they understood that guests pay premium prices in good faith, expecting an experience that matches what is advertised. Because of her persistence, the resort upgraded my room and moved us to a building with a beautiful ocean view so we could at least enjoy a more peaceful, adults-only-style atmosphere.
Rachel’s care didn’t stop once the issue was resolved. When I returned home, she mailed me a $50 gift card and a $30 Bath & Body Works gift card as a gesture of kindness—even though none of this was her fault. She genuinely puts her clients first, and it shows in everything she does.
If you’re looking for a travel agent who goes above and beyond, advocates for you, and truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend booking with Rachel. I’ll absolutely be using her again for future trips.
