Rachel went above and beyond her duties and was in contact with the hotel staff before my stay- so much so that they welcomed me in after my long flight as if they had known me for years. She set up breakfast, showed me exactly where I needed to go during my short stay in the city, and even got me a room upgrade! I will be booking with Rachel again no doubt- she's the best travel advisor I've worked with.
