She honored our budget while continuously looking for ways to elevate our experience—and in the end, she delivered a trip that exceeded all expectations, all while keeping us under budget.
Her expertise, diligence, and exceptional work ethic truly set her apart. When we encountered an issue with our hotel, she immediately stepped in and personally contacted them to ensure everything was resolved quickly—far above and beyond what we ever expected. We highly recommend her.
