Booking with Princess was the best decision! I am not the 'trip planner' type but having her support and suggestions from restaurants to castles and spots with great views was so so helpful! She even made the itinerary flexible for my random left turns throughout our week in Italy. And, she got us the best room in Rome with a huge outdoor patio. I would 100% book with her again!

I decided to celebrate my 40th bday in Mexico with my entire family and my 8 month old son (and a first time mom) but planning did overwhelmed me and almost cancelled the idea. But I remember Princess and took my chance to see if she can help me. I just sent her all the info on what I want and needed to make it as smooth and convenient as possible with the first time travel with the baby (can you imagine the pressure I gave her), but she did her assignment! It was a easy and fast communication with all the options she gave me, all the back and fort questions, additional request and extra last minute changes! She is well travelled as well that all her pointers she gave us is such a must that saved us from troubles. Can’t thank her enough or else I just probably stayed home and not had a courage to travel with the baby and celebrate!
