What can I say about Pierre? My brief was quite challenging as I wanted somewhere I could stay with my 5 month old daughter and mother but it wasn't a dedicated family hotel. Pierre suggested that I look for an apartment rather than a room so I would have somewhere to prepare my daughter's food and space to lounge when we weren't in the mood to go out. A great idea which paid dividends when we were there. The dates that I wanted to travel changed several times and Pierre was the consummate professional and never once asked if those were my final dates before going back to the hotel to check availability. It felt like we were a team committed to getting the best holiday for me and my family. He even arranged transportation to and from the airport. After a 6 plus hour flight with a baby it was a very welcome sight to have someone there to meet us and deliver us seamlessly to our hotel. I plan to go away a few more times before the end of the year and I will be working with Pierre to arrange those trips. He's a star.
